I ordered 2 items in mushibabies.com and received 1 order confirmation. I didn't think much of it and proceeded to wait for my orders. Several weeks later they never came. I reached out to customer service and was told that due to COVID they were delays. I continued to wait another month and decided to ask for a refund and they have gone silent. As of this writing they have deactivated their Instagram account and blocked their website.
