Authorized $4.95 trial bottle, did not see or agree to $79.99 subscription so when charge appeared on bank statement, I disputed it. Bank says they checked out company I didn't cancel got charged for subscription & taking $79.99 as a legit charge.
Company said I should have cancelled or come to them 1st but because I fought the amount they refuse to refund or do money back guarantee (after 30 days). Spoke to several "supervisors"- Meghan, Monica & same deal.
Refused initially to give me "corporate office address"- it's a p.o.box. Also, they don't know corporate # because there isn't one. They won't do any refund & now bank taking $79.99 for a product my Dr said I can't use. Also notifying BBB.
