Over Two years of handling a basic insurance claim, provided all information time and time again, all information asked for provided and re provided. Months weeks and days pass no Communication , stalling techniques, beyond reason beyond justification. Totally and utterly unprofessional. Aggressive, incompetent, one story after story.
No real ground for anything, horrible service. Horrible person horrible representation of XN financial. Miserable and down right unethical. Avoid all costs the entire department was unpleasant and horrible business practice, do anything to not pay a legitimate claim Horror to work with. Olga Woolf and Michael Chobam so called manager and senior analyst adjuster For that matter the entire claims department

Olga Woolf. Senior Adjuster/analyst for Xn financial is a horrible business woman who will go thru great lengths to deny claim. A legitimate claim She will try to stall and delay and find any excuse to deny claim and she did she is a horror and unprofessional liar and cheat the customer.
She is a woolf in sheeps clothing absolute bad faith and even worse representation on a company whom she works for. She screamed at my ailing wife call here names and told her to forget it because it’s her choice to accept or deny nothing but fakes and gimmicks for this fraudster
