1) Orbis Insurance Group provided insurance to a very poorly rated Auto Transport trucking company.

2) they allowed this company to have a $5,000 deductible.  This means every scratch, ding and dent on any vehicles they move would have to come out of their pocket if the damage was less than $5,000.

3) This means the trucking company does not want to have a damage claim.  They avoid claims by not giving the customer a proper bill of lading when they pick up a vehicle.  Now the truck doesn't want a claim so they do not take pictures or give the contract person at point A a proper bill of lading.    This makes it impossible to win a dispute if the car shows up damaged at Point B.    This is fraud.

4) When an insurance provider allows their customer to commit fraud on a regular basis, I believe the insurance company is committing fraud.

5) I hold these people responsible for allowing a carrier to commit such fraud.   I hold these people responsible for not checking to see if this company can even afford a $5,000 deductible (especially when the truck is an old run down auto transport truck).

Feel free to go to BING and type in: COVID VARIANT AS DEADLY AS EBOLA MAY EMERGE TOP PHYSICIAN WARNS, and read the related articles on the web that just became available.

Then go to BING and type in: CLEANAIRANDWATER.NET and watch the videos of planes spreading virus in Australia in order to purposely infect people so the Wall Street Pharmaceutical companies could profit from selling vaccines. (Google removed these videos from the web several years ago.) WHY?!?

You are wrong on several fronts.

1. The insurance company gets paid to provide a product they have no responsability other than covering thing they say they will cover.

2. They are not helping commit fraud in any manor.

3. all you points might be right from a moral stand point, but not a legal one.

In most small claims them not taking pictures or doing a damage report will hurt them and not you. You must sue the company and not the insurance company. IF you booked teh transport thru a 3rd party company then you may be able to go after them depending on what you agreed to. The above is dependant on you reporting the damage right away. If you failed to do so then it is on you.
