Repeatedly this location fails to include all the items ordered online.  My Kids love Panera and this is the closest location.  On the way home from time to time, we use their quick pick-up or drive-thru.  When we get home most of the time there will be missing items.  We called many times to talk to the manager and they remove the charges and every time they say they will address it.  But there are times you don't want to call and put on hold for half an hour before you can talk to someone or after reaching home don't want to go back.

Nowadays we assume there will be items missing so we just order extra.  If this is happening to me I am sure it is happing to others.  I am filing this report in the hopes that Panera will work with this location and fix this. It is normal for people to make mistakes.. but not at this frequency.

So your solution to a business that you say is constantly forgetting items is to continue to patronize that business and order extra?  Yea what incentive is there for them to change anything.

I'm going to take a guess and contrary to your alias, that the elevator doesn't always go to the top floor. If you are being serious, that is probably the most backward solution I have heard of in a long time.

Here is perhaps a better solution if you are going to continue to patronize them. After you get your items, open the bag and actually verify what you got before you leave. If you are at the drive-thru verify it before you pull away. If you are missing items that is the best place to address them, and it will get the message more to them because it is holding up the drive-thru.
