Not only is Panty Deal infamous for scammers (both buyers and sellers), but they have the worst customer service anywhere online. I was one of the top buyers on the site for a long time, spending thousands on girls from the site a month. Someone who I never worked with started harassing me. Instead of engaging with the seller I took a screenshot and let customer service know what was going on. "Mandy PD" was the customer service representative, she closed my case without saying anything to me. I reopened it and just asked for some kind of response. She again closed it without responding. I asked to speak to someone higher up, and the next day I was banned from customer service...
Their are many horror stories from the customer service on this site, which makes me wonder what the CEO Paul Richter is paying them for. If you talk to girls who are sellers on this site they will tell you similiar stories where they have been harrassed and customer service just closes the tickets. Not the kind of service you would expect when you are paying $20/month. If you are thinking about using this site, take it from me and DON'T! The site is ruined by bad customer service, and the majority of girls that pay for a subscription never make a sale, and a freely harassed by scammers. There are better options out there. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
