A few months back we ordered an outdoor kitchen from this company and from the start it has been a nightmare. Pieces were missing, lights did not work etc. After all of that, the tile is now peeling. I have never heard of this before. They told me to make sure I sealed the tile and I did. Well now they are trying to say its the sealer I used. Real tile absorbs sealer, and they are claiming this is real tile so I'm not sure what else I could have done to prevent this. I am asking them for a refund and do not trust them anymore. They said I have to wait for someone to come out and look at it but have heard nothing about when theyare coming. This is a nighmare and I wish we would have never bought this. It was very expensive.
