Paul Demo Cherry Creek Enterprises LLC Scam artist/real estate fraud Independence MO

We are currently living in one of Paul's houses. When we looked at the house someone else lived here. Paul have him 3 days to move. Paul and previous tenant had an agreement about windows for this house but then Paul tells us we have to buy them but he would pay for half.

So we ordered them and put $500 down. Windows have been in for about 2 months. The company told us we have 2 weeks to pick them up or we don't even get our money back. Paul also brought some guys over that own the heating and cooling store, who are also scam artist.

We put $258 down to them and when they finally sent a tech, we had to pay for, he never completed the job and he told us he wasn't even licensed. So needless to say we never got AC hooked up and they also screwed up the furnace. Paul is so excited and ready to get windows AC and everything else but at our expense.

Paul is telling people we owe him $3500 but when confronted he has excuses to meet or finds it easier to say he's going to evict us. We have lived here since August 8th and between Paul and all these scammers he sends over we have paid over $3000.

We have a backdoor we cant shut cause the wood around frame is rotten and he doesn't want to pay any of the people he sends over, he wants us too. There is flooding in the cellar which gets into the water heater bad electrical, arcing in the box, the backroom has no insulation.

There's the siding the wall frame and then just openness. He says he owns cherry Creek enterprises LLC but can't prove that either. We have talked to a few people that know him professionally and personal and no one has anything positive to say. His store he says he "owns" at 11432 Em Truman Road is full of people that he won't pay and will tell you how he runs things and he's a crook.

So I really hope anybody that comes across him thinks twice. Someone needs to stop him cause he's ripping alot of people off. He told the lady that lived next door to us that if she painted and fixed holes and bought a refrigerator he would deduct it all from her rent.

He never did and served her eviction papers, taped to her door that he had someone else put on there. He constantly harrassed her and was hateful and yelling at her until she left.
