I purchased the software directly from their website, the provided activation key doesn't work, I filed numerous customer service requests, no response, so I pivoted to refund request, no response, everything was done through their website, and they simply don't respond now I am out the cost of my payment and I have software that doesn't work, and I can't even get them to respond
