I was suffering from a traumatic experience, causing Mental Health incapabilities, I only wanted to sell a portion of my future annuity payments, but I was told word of mouth that I could not sell a portion and that I had to sell it all. I did not see it in the contract. They kept this hidden from me.

Also a judge was to have approved or disapproved of this decision, but they did not involve any judge or anyone of legal representation to ensure I was making a good or bad decision. Again all of this information was with held from me. They rushed to me to signed those documents so they could proceed with stealing my money of over 250 thousand dollars. 

I did not learn that I was scammed until years later when I began recieving Mental Health treatment and therapy that I can sue them for stealing me and my family money. I want my story to be told and I need help to get this process started with a lawsuit.
