The fact is I should of known because after ordering the dog tag and the snow shoes for my dog. .. (sounds stupid I know .. our dog is a rescue from Texas .. we live in Alberta were it goes down to -40 ... )  Everything went on sale the next day and they would not match the price .....

Then they did not send the goods we ordered ... After a month I sent an email .. nothing happend so I got a hold of PAYPAL .. they sent an email .. two weeks later I got the goods .. however .. I worked in RETAIL for over 30 years.  You must understand that first .. Why would you set up a web site from CANADA if your in the USA? Let me tell you .. its not because of TAX's ... its so you can con a person to feel safe so they will order.  They do not tell you were the goods are shipped from. You assume

Pets are like babys .. they make the site look legit ... so you do not mind spending a bit more ... Most people would just forget about it and move on ... but I did not.

REMBER they did not send the goods out untill we got PAYPAL involved.

When we receved the goods A) we just noticed the paint is coming off the dog tag we have had it a week.  B) the sizing on the boots is soooo far off ... they sell ex small small med large and extra large ... you think this would be easy so you just order ... DO NOT .. we ordered a large for a german shep mix weight is 38lbs ... a med size dog .. they do not have a size to fit ..

these are made for ex small dogs .. my guess ..they got a shipment from China .. all of these were made for Toy dogs .. not real dogs .. so ... they came up with a plan to CON people to buy them ... then they make you feel stupid by asking did you look at our size map? 

its done in milimeters .. not inchs .. and beleive me  when I state a 38lb dog I ordered a LARGE pair .. and they are extra small they fit your fingers.  I thought a large would of covered me .. a large would be for a 50lb dog .. ex large 100lb .. and an ex ex large would be for 150lb dog ... but no ... This company will pop up with another web site under a different name if you try to shut it down .. just do not buy from them .. run away

This company is a joke ... stay far far away from them .. most people just forget about it and walk away .. and they get away with it.  From what I see ... they get away with it alot .. Fake sites all around the world .. it costs nothing to set up web site from each country ..

then give a person the run around and not deliver  .. most would walk away thus this is how they make their money.    I am scared to use my real address or name I canceled my credit card as well ... with people like this you never know what will happen with your information.
