Phillip Loffman Scumbag Landlord Phoenix Arizona

Phillip Loffman is one of those people who thinks it's okay to buy houses in other peoples neighborhoods, rent it out and call it an income.  Modern day scam artists using contract law to force people into undesirable living situations for monetary gain.  He is currently renting a house to someone who is terrorizing my neighborhood.  His tenant drives a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, (CSW3089), who purposefully drives upwards of 60 miles an hour through my residential neighborhood, then conveniently slows down about 1 block away from his house.  When I contacted Phillip about the issue he hung up the phone on me.  Your pathetic attempt to make a living off of making people pay rent has diminished my community.  You are a scumbag.
