I paid Andres Juarez to install an air conditioner. From the very first day, it did not work properly. After a few days, it did not blow cold air at all. He would not fix it and I had to sue him. Do not do business with him. He is completely unreliable and is nothing more than a crook. I lost $5,000.00 dealing with him.

I worked with the customer in order to fix the issue he is having. Ac System is working but will not keep his room at a steady temperature due to the cabinet he has in front of the system. I filed a claim with Daikin technical support to fix the issue. Technical support stated that the unit needs 18inches of clearance in order to read the room temperature properly.
Notified customer of the issue but he refuses to relocate the cabinet. Until the cabinet is relocated i can not get the unit to function properly. Customer is very difficult to work with and will not listen to what i have to say about his system. He thinks he is the professional.
