Pops Sells Pops Yachts Claimed to sell my boat after canceling contract with them Sarasota Florida

Pops claims to have sold my vessel after I canceled any contract with them and sold my boat on its on my own. Pops then filed a claim in smalls claims court to try to collect a commission as they claimed to procure a buyer.

I canceled with this outfit a month prior to sell my boat on craigslist. I have obtained an attorney and will fight them till the end as this is plane just wrong to do to people. I dealt with Justin Cohen who was a new sales person witht his company and he was next to impossible to reach either by phome or email during the 1 month or so they listed my boat.

After the difficultiies trying to reach him I finally was able to cancel my contract with them and relist my vessel on craigslist and sell it myself. 5 Months after selling it or so the phone harrasment calls began and the threat of suing me.

I am now fight this in court and have all documents necessary as well as buyer that will testify to them having nothing ot do with POPS Yachts or POP Sells. If they call you to sell your boat or if your are in the market to buy a boat stay clear of these folks....they are scammers.
