Pro Clean USA Abusive work environment and fear of not getting paid Sarasota Florida

I’ve worked here for 4 months as the Telemarketing Manager. I quit yesterday. The office manager Laura Marcoux is erratic, mentally unstable and mean to say the least. She wrongfully accused an employee , who had to be let go of keying her car. She’s aggressive, she attacks, she swears, she threatens us that our boss Bryan can come in and clean house at anytime and fire all of us. The most unprofessional, unstable  and immature boss I’ve ever had. She’s made every employee cry. She’s instructed me not to hire holy rollers. That is discrimination and is being dealt with by the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission. This is unacceptable. We almost didn’t get paid on time last week. I was told by her on Friday ,after I drove 40 minutes to get to work that office was closed. We are supposed to be paid. She told me  our boss took money from the business and left her short. Not enough money for payroll. So naturally we were all concerned. What kind of legitimate company does this? I called the boss Bryan Rexroat and he listened for a minute and then hung up on me. Apparently he doesn’t care how his employees are being treated. So I don’t care about him or this slimy company. This company doesn’t deserve good employees. They treat people like crap. You can’t crap all over people and expect respect or no consequences. You’ll never grow as long as this is how you treat people. Nobody deserves this treatment!
