DON’T BUY from Proomzy. Ordered an item for my child. Got 2 emails (1 the next day) offering a discount on the very same item w/purchase. They wouldn’t credit me the difference of @ $10. ("we’re not set up to do that") nor even offered to give me a discount on any other item. They said it was a limited time offer but sent me the second email a week later with the same offer. I responded the same day as the second email. I didn't bother to mention my child has special needs as they clearly weren't appreciating my situation regardless. Had the item not been for my kid, I would have returned it. For $10 they could and should lose some business. Shame on them.
