Purple Wave Auction They allowed a vehicle to be sold knowing the issues and didn’t disclose them and now will not back us. These are not cosmetic issues, these are safety issues. They will not allow us to resale it because of the safety issues. Offered us $150 fo our inconvenience of a $7000 purchass Manhattan Ks

Purple Wave Auction  don’t  stand behind their customer satisfaction.  We will no longer be a customer of Purple wave.  They allowed a vehicle to be sold knowing the issues and didn’t disclose them and now will not back us.   These are not cosmetic issues, these are safety issues.  They will not allow us to resale it because of the safety issues.   Offered us $150 fo our inconvenience off a $7000 purchase

 You don't seem to understand the concept of an auction, or an as-is purchase. Generally, items sold at auction are "as is". That means if it falls apart when you pick it up, it's your problem. And since you choose how much to pay, it's nobody's fault but yours if you overpay for something that's junk. If you want something with a warranty, buy a new vehicle or a certified pre owned one. Auctions cost less for a reason.
