This firm has had a history of mandating a new client to sign that they will never leave a bad review about them. This should be your first red flag. It is a practice that is against the Google terms of service and can leave their Google Business accounts potentially permanently suspended. That is why you will find anonymous or aka reviews left online as people are afraid of retaliation. I can't recommend ever doing business with a history of violating the terms of services or such practices right out of the gate.

The most important decision you can make is the attorney you hire for your divorce and hiring this firm could be your biggest mistake particularly hiring Randy Sabitini. In my experience, he is a very disorganized lawyer who is great at saying on the initial consultation what he needs to in order to secure a client. But doesn't deliver on what he says. He is very 'reactive' to situations vs 'proactive' and misses deadlines, meetings, calls.

He waits until the last minute to deal with deadlines. The 'personal cell' number he tells you he is giving you is BS it's a google number. Then his voice mail gets full and it's impossible to contact him. If your ex has even a decent attorney they will run circles around Randy. His bark is worse than his bite and he will cave to another attorney who is aggressive. He demonstrates that his skillset is for easy lay up divorce cases, which we know rarely exist. He will bill aggressively however and double bill.

The firm and Randy will have no problem excessively billing you to the point equal to your potential asset recovery in your divorce then will effectively stop representing your interest. They will take any asset you get in your divorce to cover what they have billed without hesitation. 

If you challenge their billing they will not respond to you. You will need to file an ethics violation to get their attention. Nadia Gray is the rudest person you'll deal with in the office and maybe ever and no one will return calls at the firm. You want to talk to Randy's boss?



Mary Montgomery will never call you back she hides behind Nadia and other personel.  The impression left is not that you are a valued customer but an asset in which to bill and leverage. 

When you hear all the cliche's about attorneys with no conscience Randy, Mary and this firm contribute to them.  Not sure how any of them can sleep at night after bankrupting me.  If I could only have chosen wiser I would have had a much better end result.
