They send you a text thru a friend offering you a free stock share for signing up with their phone app. When you download their app and sign up they ask you to invest money/ buy stock.

If you don't invest any money they come up with one excuse after another to not give you your free share of stock. This is fraudulent advertising. If they advertise a free share of stock, no investment required, they should do that.
