Roselinlin Will not return $$ spent Tustin California

I ordered 3 items from this company.  Att he time, all 3 were in stock.  I was then informed that the shoes were out of stock and if I wanted a FULL refund to let them know.  I did and did not receive the full purchase price.  The dresses ordered arrived in 2 separate shipments, neither dress was sized properly or very well made. 

I followed the return instructions included to the letter.  It took 5 emails to get a response and was then told that they needed more information and that returns were in China.  If I wanted a refund it would involve shipping, customs, and return charges or they would give me a cash refund of 15% of my purchase.  I'll never order from Roselinlin and neither should you.
