RSWP Inc., a gaming company based in Las Vegas and run by Roderick P. Aiken, has engaged in unethical business practices, including leveraging external assets, misusing proprietary resources, and falsely claiming ownership of my entity. The company has raised funds from former investors but failed to demonstrate accountability.

While RSWP Inc. claims expertise in gaming and casino development and holds a patent, it has not secured the necessary regulatory assets or licenses to generate revenue. Instead, funds have been diverted to unrelated projects rather than the original pitch.

Roderick Aiken and RSWP Inc. have misused my network of investors, professors, vendors, and contacts without permission, pursuing business outside our agreement. Communication has been evasive, with excuses ranging from personal obligations to religious holidays.

Roderick Aiken is a con man, scam artist, and habitual liar who gives false projections and copies and pastes information that he does not know whatsoever.

Aiken has also taken advantage of college students, buying their assets cheaply with empty promises of future collaboration and reselling them at inflated prices. This pattern of exploitation shows a lack of integrity and fairness.

Based on my experiences, I strongly advise against doing business with RSWP Inc. or Roderick Aiken. The company lacks functional products, relying only on inflated pitch decks and misrepresented assets. This appears to be a "pump-and-dump" scheme with no real value.
