Sandals kept our money $9600,claimed we were under refund policy (we signed up by telephone not computer, no contracts were seen or signed) and refused to return money even when we complained toCapitol One. We have 29 pages of proof and Capitol One could not get them todo the right thing and return our money.
We have found many people in the same boat so know their refund guarantees they advertise are useless.
We need to stick together so others do not lose money. Please join me in complaining to the FTC, Better Business Bureau, your states Consumer Protection, and states Attourny General. If you have other suggestions or a story please write a complaint here as well.
By the way, travel insurance only covers 2500.00
