Sara Hankenson is highly vindictive so I don't want to go into great detail on my review of her. She tried to say that my review was fake and acted as if none of it had ever happened, which clearly it did. I would not spend a good 15 min writing a review if it didn't. If you want to hire Sara, please beware.

Sara tries to represent herself online "looking successful" and is obsessed with maintaining this persona. Any info that disturbs this fantasy is met with threats from "lawyers" or "police". She is the type that loves to get her life way and has threatened me many times just for being honest and forthcoming. 

This is the honest review that I posted last week.

Sara Hankenson does not know what she is doing as a realtor. Now, I like to be diplomatic, so let me explain.

Sara represented our family for all of about a week. She lacks understanding of the fundamentals of today’s market. Her negotiation skills and general knowledge of real estate leave much to be desired.

When you are with her, she constantly talks about race cars. When you are representing my family on a home purchase, why are race cars even relevant?? It makes absolutely no sense but obviously tells you what she should really be doing… which isn’t selling real estate.

I won’t go into details on the flops during our interactions, because I don’t want to embarrass Sara. I wish Sara luck the best of luck on her race car career and wish that she would focus her efforts on areas that she can be successful, which clearly isn’t real estate.
