ON 07-17-2018 a man by the name of Scott L. Reynolds found me through some other internet channels . I sell GPS and data tracking software to private investigators and he said that he was. We met up at the coffee shop in Fontana he presented the following :

1. Fake Federal CCW concealed gun permit

2. Department of defense police badge with expired military ID .

The 3 rd one he forgot that he showed me the first two fake ones but I needed the money so i did the deal. he only showed up with $450.00 each unit cost $782.00 he wanted  for so I kept up with the deal and did it anyway so later on he proceeded to pull out $450 when he pulled out $450 I said it’s more than that he said I’m on this case I need some help I am watching someone wants when I’m done I will send the money in ASAP so what I did was except the 450 which I needed it, then I gave him all four units and he said he would pay me in three days never did this man means these people harm he’s a racist I said what do you know about the guy in the woman he said I don’t know anything about the guy with the woman I know well and I don’t talk to ni**ers  I only put them in jail his words .
