BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY! Purchased appliance protection but when I tried to make a claim they didn't show up. Called many times only to get unkept promises and excuses. Told I would get appointments but didn't. Told a supervisor would call back several time...didn't get a call. Tried to cancel but left on hold or told they are "unusually" busy. I feel ripped off. Look elsewhere!
