They are an outfit in the UK. That have gift card buying websites that take the gift card numbers they claim to trade for PayPal or Bitcoin, and they buy bitcoin with the gift card number and they never give to seller anything.  They buy the bitcoin so there is no trace of their crime.

If you search the address provided on the website, it is a bogus address, also the email address is also not valid. I believe they may have websites for Amazon gift cards and potentially other online retail companies. I was able to track where my gift card number was last used after I imputed it on the website.  and it was used in the UK to buy bitcoin from the crypto company Paxos.
