ServicePlus Home Warranty Service Plus is a scam home warranty just runs you around Edison New Jersey

Despite having a home warranty, basically this company is a scam. They resell some other home warranty company that sends a tech, then the fun begins. Service Plus my AC unit went out. Took a week to get a tech out. I had to pay $125 though I had dropped the deductible to $75. They lied on the sales call. Then, paid that $125 "deductible" tech said quick hey it's the blower motor. Gave me an estimate, emailed me and this company the photos of serial number.

That was on a Saturday. Today is Friday. I have called daily, just run arounds of "well it had to be escalated" to "well we didn't get th photos" well - I have the photos, let me email them to you. "err..ok." Sent them. Then this is where theri home warranty scam company service plus starts the real fun. Ok well I don't see the photos. Cool, I have sent them 3 times. let me resend. Well, Josh Allen needs to call you back. Cool, when will he call? In 24 to 48 hours. Remember, my AC now has been out nearly 2 weeks. 

Unknown to them, I still have a 2nd AC unit cooling the downstairs, the upstairs where my 79 year old mother lives, is over 90 degrees in the house. Luckily I have a spare room downstairs. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks with no AC. The blower motor they don't want to cover I assume as it's $900. 

Usually they "max out" a claim for $750. That's fine by me. Send the money but you know they will not. Luckily I used my AMEX to pay them so I am disputing the charges. Service Plus check their BBB reviews, average review score is 1.13 stars out of 5. Real reason. I have been on hold on this, the 8th call for over 20 minutes. If you have a claim contact the Attorney Generals' office in New Jersey to file a complaint. It will only take a few minutes. I did it.
