I was contacted by this company & promised at least 100 leads initially. They would replenish, as needed. I was also promised 9 pre set appt's. The cost was $1,600. I started contacting the so called leads immediately. Anything & everything even close to my area.

Absolutely no one had a clue why I was contacting them. They were not looking to buy a home. They were not looking to sell their home. Some were very elderly, some of the names were even deceased. I called the company to vent my frustrations and ask for a refund.

They assured me just to keep working the leads and it would pay off. I have contacted 89 people and the same bewildered response. This is not a lead generation. This is a random list of people & addresses. So called buyers inquiring on properties not even for sale.

So called buyers requesting to see homes that closed 4-6 months ago. I have once again reached out to the company demanding a refund. No response.
