BEWARE OF USING SHIP HAPPENS!!!!

115 First St, Sumas, WA 98295, USA

On July 4 2019 SHIP HAPPENS gave another person my 300 lbs Pinball Machine that was signed for on my behalf.

Ship Happens in Sumas WA tried to blame the shipping company but I had proof of the staff signing for the machine from my shipper.

So the Pinball Machine gets loaded onto this guy Alex Green’s truck on July 4th 2019 and is then brought into Canada, valued, declared and brokered as Mr. Green property. Ship Happens staff Mrs. Green (Related?) contact Mr. Green to return Pinball machine and he refuses to return the machine until I file a police report. The machine is returned almost three weeks later!

The clueless vice president of Ship Happens (Cinammen), does nothing until I involve the RCMP and SUMAS police then she promises me $250.00 to have someone to look over the machine once it returns and then reneges on her promise.

All the time for the three weeks that the machine is stolen there is no attempt to contact me by the staff at Ship Happens to update me and then once the machine does get returned, I am told that they will not be charging me storage for the machine they gave away.

Holly crap what a Mickey Mouse set-up.

Their receiving system is from the 80’s and they could not find the paperwork that took in the pinball machine. I had to send them the signed document from my shipper via e-mail.

You are taking a risk using this company and with all the other companies around the area to choose from, I would run to one of the other shipper fast, DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH SHIP HAPPENS!!

This company has bad ratings and if you search them up, it is not just me that has had stuff gone missing or given to other people. Just look at their website. There is no policy’s!!!! They do not exist and there is no claim or responsibility on their side.

Why would you want to use a company like this?

No apology or any form of compensation for me having to travel back down to SUMAS twice to pick up the machine. What a bunch of AS*HOLES.

Consider yourself warned and you would be nuts to use this company after reading this post.

Andrew
