Ordered three glasses in late September all three were wrong . So I ordered three more a reduced rate and was promised a gift . All three glasses again wrong and no gift they now don't want to refund as say will cost me and them money for shipping trying to get more orders out of me .

Not going to happen , poor problem solving and blaming shipping company they don't stand behind their product and services.
