This service company is getting worst and worst every year. The CEO of this company made many changes lately. All the good tech left and the level of ignorance is out of control and the customers are suffering!

Bragging about being a specialist of Electrical Switchboard They now have a new Vice-president/Project Manager, Piotr, a guy from eastern Europe. The same guy that almost sank a mega cruise ship couple of years ago! Also, lately, this company have a new guy doing electrical inspection with a thermal camera. The big problem is that the young guy is no electrician nor technician. The guy doesn’t know anything about electricity and cannot read a drawing nor barely can identified electrical components. The guy cannot work by himself! Using previous report to work daily, this is a real masterpiece of a moppets show now! Seriously, the guy was bragging about the fact the he can turn ON the camera. This aint no joke !

20KUS$ for a week of absolutely nothing positive. They have no procedures, no PPE. I am struggling every time they come onboard crossing my fingers hoping nothing disastrous happens. I think the CEO of this company is using us like a day care center here, dropping the kids for money only. It’s about time our administration is doing something about this soon before disaster strike again!

The level of technical ignorance of their employees is at the highest level I ever seen from a service company. The return on investment is at zero and they are not cheap you will lose a lot!

Like ALESSANDRO previously says, this company is like an empty shell, nothing is valuable inside. This is far from being a regular American base company with employees and all providing professional technical services. It’s a single guy company using random people, freelancers, mainly from eastern Europe to clean switchboards. It’s about time somebody needs to wake up. It is a well-known fact in our team that others competitor can provide way better professional services for half the price. This is getting really ridiculous and dangerous!
