Starfire Web Design Danny Erickson AKA Rolando whitesel Ocio and Shawn Smith stole all of our intellectual property, domain names, business and personal email, paypal accounts extorted $10,000 then gave us a bill in the amount of $798,000 took over our non-profit website and children's interactive website. This is merely an attempt to smear our company name. This client hired us to build a custom website and we did the work WITHOUT payment. When it came time to pay the bill she couldn't come up with the money and tried to take us to court in an attempt to get out of paying her bill. We WON the lawsuit and it was dismissed.

Also, she had a small web design company place a "value" the website we built to try and get out of paying her bill. The company she hired for the valuation didn't even click on the "Login" portion where all the custom work was done; they merely looked at the homepage and didn't go any further.

She lied in her lawsuit and said it was only valued at $2,500, when in reality the web designer actually valued it at $6,500 (and that was just for the front page) and we have the proof and written estimate proved by them. Finally, we can prove the custom work was done as we still have it and are in the process of selling it to recoup some of our losses.

Most importantly, our reputation. This client cries fraud when in reality she defrauded us. She hired us to perform work with no ability to pay; this is against the law. Because we were working for this client WITHOUT pay (only a promise), she gave us their domains to use as collateral to keep us working; this isn't fraud, IT'S COLLATERAL and she lost this collateral. We are also in the process of countersuing both her company, WobWorld Inc AND the president and vice president personally.

We have also learned that the owners of Wob World have hired a few other local Las Vegas companies of whom she has not paid for services rendered as well. We are one of 6 other companies we know of and we are all banding together to sue WobWorld and its owners for fraud. WobWorld and the owners have a track record of fraud and it can be found all over the internet. This will teach us a lesson on who to work for without payment.

Finally, it's a shame that anyone can cry fraud and attempt to ruin a company's reputation with NO PROOF. We have proof, TONS of it; yet, websites like this will list any complaint without merit.
