Suite PDF Overbilled for services and messed with my bank account by moving money around

I had their software for 2019 and decided to re-subscribe for 2020. I followed the link in the email. It offered additional addons at $0.00, so I took them. I find that $115.76 was taken from my account. I called them to get the $85.00 refunded that I did not authorize. To say I had to jump through hoops would be an understatement. Most companies just refund to your method of payment. 

I spoke to someone who said they would send a request to the billing department and I would hear from someone within 2 days. 2 days later I call again. Then an agent requested to log on to my computer. I've had vendors do this before so I wasn't to surprised. But then he said he was going to refund directly to my savings account, and had me log in to my bank. I was getting uncomfortable at this point, but then he directed me to a refund form.

I noticed I couldn't move my mouse at this point. When I got control back I saw $7117.00 moved from my checking into my savings. I was alarmed and asked him what was going on - he said he didn't have any access to my screen.

I hung up and called my bank immediately - cancelled my debit card and changed my password. I deleted all programs from the PC.

Long story short - this may or may not be a complete scam, but at the end of the day - no one should have to go through this to get their money back - money that they didn't agree to spend in the first place.
