I attempted to cancel an order the same day it was placed. Reached out 3 times in the next couple of days. Received item anyway, and tried to return it.

Been getting this story that they just purchased the store "a week ago" for about 3 weeks now. They act like they are trying to help but just keep making up excuses for why I can't return item.

Also, the item is made in china and 3 times the price of the same thing on other retail sites.
