TH Design LLC Timothy Hunt Scanmed me, he did not provide the services that he agreed to provide Plano Texas

We paid the owner Timothy Hunt to do our engagement and wedding photos. He was supposed to give us a 2 hour shoot, but it wasn't quite 2 hours and he only took 68 photos. Out of the 68, we only had about 3 decent ones because there were people in the background and he was just snapping pictures. Part of the props were cut off and none of the pictures were photoshopped, or edited. We just received raw and unedited photos. When we tried to discuss it with him, he was very confrontational and rude. He was very dismissive and unprofessional throughout the whole ordeal. He charged 150.00 for the engagement photos and 700.00 for wedding, so we gave him a total of 500.00 and still had a 350.00 balance. We later cancelled our service 12 weeks before the wedding but he refused to give us our 350.00 partial for the wedding.
