Timothy Struse, Michael Norris Harrison Fletcher, Struse, Fickbohm & Wagner Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard Failed to Pay Out Trust of my parents, stole goldware from estate, defrauded already declared incompetent mother of property Tucson Arizona

Paul D Slosser, who is now retired, failed to notify me of the probate of my father's estate, failed to get payments for me from that estate, passed the responsibility to Timothy Struse who likewise failed to distribute assets of the estate while Attorney for Terry Goddard, the Attorney General of the State of Arizona, Michael Norris Harrison, after stealing assets from the estate, also had our mother, after he got her declared incompetent, to sign over property she had left to me from my father's grandparents and sold the house out from under me that our mother had left to me with no warning whatsoever.

The estate assets, after over three years, have still not been distributed to me, leaving me destitute after dishonesty from Patricia A Taylor and her employ Alex Gaynes, now 72 years of age and retired, failed to take these utter shysters who collected money for years and never did distribution of the estate nor informed me of my rights as my parents only son and heir.
