Shopped at the outlet location in Camarillo, CA. They were processing a bag for me. I had returned to the store 3 times. The 3rd time the GM was there and she was so unbelievably rude especially when she is the GM!!!!

She was arguing with me, cutting me off and aggressively talking over me when I let her know she was being rude. She even had the audacity to say I need to get my facts straight and walked away from me. No, Honey you need to get your facts straight. You don’t treat your customers in that manner. Period. She needs to be demoted and retrained. She is a bad representation of the business. Edlin you are a horrible GM, Tory Burch should know how you treat their customers.
