(((REDACTED)).

we are senior citizens and were looking to have a house built, after many model home stops we decided with tri-core partners builders, we signed a contract on 01/10/2019 with a $38000 deposit, for 10 months nothing had been done on my house.

finally the concrete pad went down and they told me they needed more money to continue and wanted to change the contract (was told one of the girls wrote the contract wrong) after i refused and told them i have to live by the contract and they should too. melissa ( wife and partner of tricore) stopped over to our home and told us they are no longer going to continue building the house.

after threatening lawsuits and of contacting the attorney general, derrian kelly ( husband and co partner of tri core) stopped over to my home and said he was going to continue building my house... and after seeing work done on the house i gave the second draw of $38000 work was slow but it was being worked on. and then on 12/20/2019 i gave the the third draw of $50000 and all work stopped..

on january 23rd. 2020 melissa kelly stopped over to our home again and told us that darrian had a stroke and they were no longer going to build my house and that i had to finish building it,( i use to build buti no longer am building) so after looking into the house i found out many of the subcontractors were paid and none of the suppliers have been paid and one company put a lien on my house at 685 sw homeland rd.34953.

i contacted melissa and told her i will be needing the check for $50000 back and she told me she no longer has any money !!! now right down the street from me melissa is building a home that was started after i signed my contract with them and her house is almost completed. i need that $50000 to get all those bills paid for and get these people paid that worked on my property... so in wrapping up i told them that they were using my money to pay for other homes being built !
