I have repeatedly contacted uphold , I had some questions as to wether my PC was hacked so I contacted all my creditors . I had no problem withany except for Uphold I have been locked out of my account and now since then have a different cell number and no access to the old number . So I cannot receive directions using the old cell.. It was since January after many emails and six months of ABSOLUTELY 0,HELP i HOPE NEGATIVE REPORTING WILL GET ME BETTER RESULTS! iM LIVID!
i PURCHASED $800.00 OF CRYPTO MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED i CONNOT RECIEVE SUPPORT ON MY OLD CELL BECAUSE ITS GONE I NO LONGER HAVE IT .i GAVE THEM MY NEW NUMBER STILL SIX MONTHS LATER NO ACCESS i WANT MY INVBESTMENT BACK NOW uPHOLD IS CRAP!
