UPS delivery service They won't answer a phone about a delivery,

I ordered merchandise where the company sent it out via UPS delivery service and you call the delivery service at 1888-742-5877 and they have a computerized Chinese machine that does not understand English - No live person answers the phone when you have a problem because they do not want to pay a persons salary.

They have a chinese-made machine where you have to repeat yourself 13 times because it does not comprehend English and then it hangs up on you about changing your delivery address. UPS is a incompetent delivery service and I believe they are equally incompetent as United postal service. (The mail system and delivery system in America is beyond 3rd world country rated)

It is pathetic America is like the worst 3rd world country now. Not even a third world countries like Africa or as dysfunctional as the United States of America at least in Africa they can deliver packages and when you call somebody you get a live person to represent you with a problem about a delivery.

But not in America because it is a 3rd world country going on to a 4th world country. America is a pathetic Nation. America must have sprayed stupid gas in the air? Because Nobody has any brains on how to do anything proper.
