I purchased 2 rings from Urban Jewls from their website for $69.90 using Paypal on 9/3/2020. They stated on their website: "Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the payment. This usually only takes a few minutes. When you pay via PayPal, you always receive an order confirmation from us". The only order confirmation I received was from Paypal I never received anything from the company. 

On their website it states: "Please note, since we always offer our customers free worldwide shipping on all our items, please allow 3 -4 weeks to receive your item depending on your location. Once you order an item we will dispatch it within 1 - 3 days and send you the tracking information immediately so you can tack it every step of the way. Plus, of course we are available 7 days a week if you have any concerns or quetions. Please allow 1 -3 days for us to prepare, pack and ship your item. Worldwide estimated delivery times are as follows: USA: 3 - 4 weeks. 

On 9/11/2020 I received confirmation from Paypal that Urban Jewls had taken the money out of my bank account. Yet, I didn't receive an email about when they would be shipping my rings. I sent a Facebook message to Urban Jewls asking when I would be receiving my rings and no answer from them. On 9/12/2020 and 9/19/2020 I tried reaching them on the website using their chat messenger option and picking shipping and payment no response on either date and it wouldn't let me go any further.

Then on 9/21/2020 I got an email stating that my tracking info for order #11797 had been updated. It included the tracking number and tracking links for both rings which the tracking number was UT685024182TH and a tracking link of https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=UT685024182TH. When I clicked on the link it was a Global Order Tracking and said on 9/17/2020 the airline departed from original country and arrived at transit country or district on 9/21/2020. On 10/5/2020 I sent an email to Urban Jewls stating that I still had not received my rings and was wondering when I would be getting them (they never responded).

I then received another email saying tracking info had been updated and when I clicked on the link it showed that on 10/6/2020 the rings had departed from transit or district country on 9/23/2020 and arrived at destination country on 10/02/2020. I tried reaching out to Urban Jewls on their website through their customer service but I have never gotten any word or feedback from them. I checked my tracking info middle of October 2020 and it said that on 10/9/2020 the rings had arrived at the sorting center in destination country and import clearance was successful, so I waited a little longer since the pandemic was in full swing at this time and I knew packages had been delayed.

Then on 11/10/2020 I still had not received my rings so I sent another email stating that they had cleared customs but still no information on when I would be receiving them and was wondering if they could tell me where they were and when I would get the rings since the birthdays had already passed that they were originally for. Again no response from them. Since then I continually try to contact them through their website asking where and when I will get the rings and no response. I tried again on Facebook messenger on 5/2/2021 commenting about how I havent gotten my rings.

My response was "Got your question! But we're so busy at the moment - I'll get back to you within a couple of hours Thanks for understanding! Kindly Daniella, Urban Jewls For the inconvenience, you can use this promotional code urbanjels2021 and get 15% on everything" It is now 5/3/2021 and I still have not received my rings nor my money back.
