We hired Vince to install a roof on our home. I asked for insurance. I also checked his references. He presented me with an insurance document which was doctored to be be current. I called the company and they said the insurance lapsed. I made him get current insurance which he did, now we know the insurance wasn't worth the paper it was written on.

well 6 months later during an inspection for sale we discovered the roof leaking and mold in the attic. We have gotten estimates to replace and the contractors are telling me what an awful installation job.
Vince made no attempt to make it right.
