Agreed scope of work was to grade property for proper drainage, install sod and path on side of house.  Installed faulty sod that died within two weeks.  Improperly installed stone path that is dangerous to navigate and had weeds growing out of it within weeks.  Improper grading of property left lawn bumpy and lumpy with drainage issues. 

Have requested resolution for over a year with minimal response and no resolution.   I trusted this man to deliver what he promised and he failed to provide agreed services.  The sod had lines in between and I was told to buy seed and put in between.

  He said the greying/browning sod was normal for that time of year (Nov/Dec 2018) and that it would come back green in the spring.  Then he said it looked like it needed more water.  He setup the time the day of installation to water twice a day, which it had been doing for months.

In the spring it was completely dead and had more green weeds than sod.   He suggested fertilzer. Roy told me he would replace the sod if I paid someone to remove the old sod and install the new sod.  When I asked him to make good on his promise, I was sent a final text message, on November 1st, 2019 reads: "that sod has passed away and our company will be sold another 30 days." 

I have filed a small claim against him and am hiring another company to rip out the old sod, regrade, and install new sod.  I had to hire a paver company to rip out the shoddy work done on the path and install a safe walkway.
