On May 11, 2024, I discovered that I had been billed twice for the same phone number. This double billing is both unexpected and unacceptable. Furthermore, without any prior notice or explanation, my phone service was entirely canceled. This abrupt cancellation has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities. Additionally, I have spent over 8 collective hours dealing with their terrible customer service. One person will say they have fixed the issue, however, it will not be fixed. Another person states they will issue a refund, the next person states a refund has not been issued. I have lost all faith in this company. I cannot believe that a robust company such as Xfinity has such shoddy customer service in regards to their mobile services. They keep referring to the talking to the "Back Office" and nothing is resolved.
It is now July 4, I'm still dealing with this issue and now they've cancel the phone number before going on a big road trip.
