He told us he would arrive Wednesday morning at customer Mrs Murphys place , an elderly lady who is was in need of computer help and assistance. He assured us on a Monday he would arrive on that upcoming Wednesday before 12pm, and not only did he simply never arrive , he never called us or emailed us to tell us he had changed his mind .

He had two whole days to tell us he wouldn’t be able to help poor Mrs Murphy , but he chose to never let us know and instead never arrived and stayed quite about it. Come Wednesday we’re trying to reach him and we keep getting the run around from his partners , saying that he’s not around and he’s not in and that they have no idea of what Mrs Murphy I’m referring to.





I finally get a hold of him on Thursday and he simply says he decided to not go because he wanted to be paid more ! HE COULD HAVE CALLED BEFORE THE ONSITE DATE TO TELL US THIS! He had no other reason as to why he never contacted us to tell us he had changed his mind , and more then likely intentionally did this to try and hurt our business and reputation with our nice customer.

This is the kind of immature people you will deal with when you call PRETECT IT CONSULTING SERVICES OF AUSTIN TEXAS

 Zachary Wilcoxen Is lying , he NEVER called , texted or emailed to let us know he had changed his mind and wouldn’t be arriving Zachary Wilcoxen Is lying when he says we didn’t tell him how much he would be paid.

Not only do all registered techs know what we pay when they first sign up , we only have 1 price structure for ALL techs , and all techs know we pay $10 bonuses for over 30 mile one way drives , and $20 bonus over 40 mile one way drives , and on top of that he was TOLD THIS over the phone on Monday when he asked ( he should have already known this but he asked anyways and we answered it ON MONDAY).

So there was no excuse for his never arriving at poor Mrs Murphy’s place on Wednesday,...never ever letting us know he had changed his mind. These lies that he is now telling us the basis for us even posting about him ...so others can know a bad tech when they see him. Our companies customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us , and by the way Mrs Murphy was later serviced by another one of our registered techs who is honest and knows how to follow instructions.

It’s funny that Zachary Wilcoxens reply to this post is by trying to somehow say we don’t have happy customers, when the ONLY time we don’t have happy customers is when bad techs like himself screw something up making by lying , or like Zachary Wilcoxen , saying they are going to show up and never bother to let us know they won’t. I bet is real hard for you to find a negative post written by one of our customers wasn’t it Zachary Wilcoxen ?

Instead of finding any bad customer reviews , all you found were TONS of bad reviews and bad posts coming from technicians just like you. We have had thousands upon thousands of happy customers since opening in 2009 , and the only time we ever have a bad customer review has been because of lousy techs like Zachary Wilcoxen who do bad work , lie , or never show up , such as was that lady who’s post you copied first stating that her gripe was first that the tech did not show up , and her final gripe of course was her not paying even after service had been completed ,...both two things that are completely out of the hands of the nice man on the phone orchestrating customers getting good service , and giving techs FREE work.

So what do you do when a customer unfairly doesn’t want to pay after services have been rendered ? What do you when a bad tech stains your company name by showing your customer a bad service ? Well bad customers who don’t pay are simply sent to collections ,..BUT bad techs ,...I have an entire system to dealing with you ,....my company has a great filtering system , it kicks bad techs such as Zachary Wilcoxen out , while letting good techs as the one who ended up doing a good job for Mrs Murphy stay and continue getting FREE work produced from my strenuous and expensive marketing paid , huge amounts of money Paid for BY MY POCKET!

So yes ....the lousy techs are kicked out and come on here to attack my company , while the good techs stay and keep getting more calls. Zachary Wilcoxen I will repeat ,....NOTICE HOW HARD IT WAS TO FIND BAD REVIEWS OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS WRITTEN BY MY CUSTOMERS , BUT INSTEAD YOU FOUND TONS OF BAD REVIEWS FOUND BY BAD TECHS AS YOURSELF WHO HAVE BEEN KICKED OUT AS YOU HAVE NOW BEEN.

James and his company, Geeks on Repair, was looking to sub contract a computer visit. Over the phone, he offered pay for travel, but his email/work order did not. I did in fact email back to clarify, but never received a response. It seemed he found another tech to run the call. 

He then calls me the day after the service call to inquire. We discussed the discrepancy, and instead of having a civilized conversation, James proceeded to call me a "whiney little b***h" and threaten me before hanging up. 

Afterwards, I looked up his company and found I'm not the only one he's treated this way. Here is an example from their Yelp page:

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TRETED LIKE A CHILD BY THE OWNER, who is rude and clearly knows nothing about customer service.  I scheduled an appointment the next day and was told that a technician would call me the same day to find out the kind of computer I had.

I did not receive a call so thought that it was likely the appointment would not be kept.  I had contacted the owner from work so did not have access to information to verify my assumptions.  As my computer is important I made other arrangements to get my computer fixed and was not available when called.  The first text message the owner sent me was to let me know he would send me to collections.  

When I was attempting to respond to his text message (after I had on the phone agreed to pay the fee for a visit) he continued to send messages in an attempt to prove he did nothing wrong and implying that I was different than other customers.  He ultimately tried to tell me how difficult his job was and  when I miss spoke about the check I had written (used the word void rather than cancelled) he sent numerous additional texts the last stating he would call the police.  

I would never use this company or recommend it to a friend or enemy for that matter.  The owner was rude, demeaning, did not listen to anything I said or seem to engage his ability to think.  The technician  was apologetic about his behavior, stating she had only worked for this company for a short time." - Kay K.

Needless to say, this is not the kind of business we want to work with. 

I'm open to discuss this with anyone with concern in regards to this complaint to set things straight. I have references I'd be happy to provide.
