Zygenx has been taking money from my account for the past 3 months now. I didn’t give no rights to do so. I can’t get a good phone number to get in touch with them all the numbers seem to be different companies. I also sent gmail to I believe it’s there  Company saying to cancel me out of whatever is going on. Thank you for your time Timmy.

Contact your bank and issue a stop payment

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, June 07, 2019

Naturally the first remedy is to contact the company that is taking out the funds monthly. Sounds like you have attempted to do this but haven't been successful. Take a look at your bank statement next to the monthly charge will be the right phone number to cancel the charge (the statement, not the online running balance).

Contact that number and cancel and get your cancelation confirmation (if applicable). Then contact your bank and put a stop payment for the amount of the charge.  This way if the cancellation doesn't work, the stop payment will work. Good luck. These type of scamming subscription type purchases seem to be everywhere.
