1-800-Unlocks, Unlocks, Inc, Jeff Musser Dishonest fraudulent complaints Ripoff Richmond Virginia

Before I submit my suggestions on how this could be a far more productive investigative forum, I think the respective business names from both Susan in Richmond, and Bennet in Tarpon Springs, FL be voluntarily posted.

I have not seen either of your names or organizations in association with 1-800-Unlocks , and submit to both of you that your defensive rebuttals regarding these issues be disclosed. It's rather 'hinky' to us that neither Susan nor Bennet chose to reveal the names of their organizations.

I also find it particularly interesting that 1-800-Unlocks was at one time based in Tarpon Springs (Bennet), as is currently housed in Richmond (Susan), and that we were informed that Mr. Musser's wife's name is Susan.

As far as me or any of my associates were aware, American Lock and Key and Mr. Barry Wilson is not only the now owner, but also the sole service provider for the entire Richmond, VA metropolitan area, and has been since I met Mr. Wilson at an ALOA convention in Reno, NV over ten years ago.

Now, Susan claims to have been a contributing member of the network since 1998. If both Susan and Bennet would please provide the name's of their respective locksmith organizations for nothing more than verification, then I believe these issues will move along much more smoothly with respect to giving Mr. Musser an opportunity to personally address this forum, and remedy the concerns that have been brought to the table.

As for our involvement, we have been advised to remain anonymous here because of the NDA (nondisclosure agreement) that was exercised when Mr. Musser approached us with a business proposition that I am not at liberty to discuss here.

We have, however, been watching this and many other forums for any postings pertaining to 1-800-Unlocks, and have researched certain particulars for our own edification, as well as to satisfy any due diligence requirements and internal inquiries in response to Mr. Musser's business proposition.

Within the scope of our research, we have overturned several stones that we have yet to see heading up any internet postings except to verify some of the complaints filed and to discover an outstanding felony warrant for theft issued for Mr. Jeffrey A. Musser on Tuxsford Rd. in Richmond by one Hudnall Davis.

We were unable to discuss any of this with Mr. Davis as we were unsuccessful in locating him, and the warrant has gone beyond its five year statute of limitations and has therefore expired. We have yet to address this issue with Mr. Musser or Mr. Wilson.

We are obviously troubled with our own findings, as well as the complaints of fraud, breach of contract and Mr. Musser's apparent inaccessibility to certain matters and people. I find it equally disturbing that the Members tab on the 1-800-Unlocks company website has been in an 'under construction' phase since May 16, 2005.

These issues obviously need to be cleaned up before we can entertain any aspect of Mr. Musser's current business proposition. For now, the benefit of doubt goes to him.
