Buyer beware when dealing with this company.

I literally had hot vapor juice shooting into my mouth from a recomended product of theirs.  I had spent over $100 in the same week on separate orders, and my only request was that they refund me for the $9 the product that was literally shooting piping hot E-Juice into my mouth.  I didn't threaten to sue them or anything, I simply wanted my money back for this faulty product they recomended.

If your product has something wrong with it on delivery, they will (very rudely) tell you it is your fault and that they are not responsible.

I wasn't even going to buy the product in question, I was actually asking them why my atomizers were burning out so quickly and instead of offering a solution or replacement, they "recomended" aka upsold a different brand of atomizer (which caused physical pain problems).

So this company has absolutely no faith in the products they sell and no respect for their customers after they have gotten your money.  It can be shooting burning lava juice into your mouth and instead of politely refunding you and hoping you don't sue them, they rudely tell me it is my fault and that essentially say "they just make the recomendations are not responsible for anything after they make the sale."

This is such a classic example of a company with no foresight and not realizing that screwing over customers over $9 items when they are going to spend $100s of dollars is not a good idea.

They are rude, they take forever to respond in customer service, shipping times are terrible.  I cannot say enough bad things about them and can only hope you don't support this company.  They have no respect for the customer and will screw you over to save $5.

There are way too many legit business options out there to have to deal with a company like this.
