Ben i ordered a pair of boots and the ship to that i asked them to be shipped to was different from the billing address. this company shipped to the billing address in result created a big disturbance in the home for a pair of boots being delivered for several reasons, when i called the store to ask them why wasnt the merchandise shipped to the ship to address i was told by aomeone at the store who says his name was ben to calm down, what difference did it make followed by a email the next day from the store owner who also told me to calm down i wasnt going to DIE behind this. they are very rude and confortational for their wrongful mistake, first of all a friend used their credit card for me to be shipped to my address, my friend wasnt home when the package arrived with my ship to address physically on the package but was shipped to the bill to address and their live in friend was very upset, my friend called me and thought i purposely sent the package there until they saw the shipper. now my friends friend has my home address. they refuse to say oh we made a mistake but instead they continue to argue and send me nasty emails about this. and secondly their ad states free shipping on orders over $25.00 yea if you wanna wait 2-3 weeks on your package. very unruly, unprofessional team of people!!! never again and you suggest you dont either!!!

I ordered a pair of boots to be shipped to my home address but the idiots sent it to the bill to address of a friend who let me use their credit card to purchase and created a situation at their home because of the package being sent there. when i emailed and called the store to complain and let them know that they had made a mistake in shipping details the person in the store named ben was very rude, very smarth mouth, and hung up on me. their ad states free shipping which isnt true unless you are willing to wait 14 days or more on the product! and furhtermore my ship to address was on the invoice, now this person has my address. my friend was upset at me because they stated to me to have the boots shipped to my address to avoid confusion in their home. i am still getting nasty emails from this store telling me to calm down nobody Died! just rude, tacky, ghetto, liars. stay away!
