On May 12, 2006 I ordered mother's day flowers over the internet that were supposed to be delivered to my mom the same day. The website I saw the ad for was superpages.com and I purchased it at www.180066roses.com for $45.03. The superpages ad said it was a california Telflora award winning florist. When it wasn't received 2 days later I called afterhours and left a voice mail. No reply. I've sent 2 emails to 2 separate email accounts. No reply.
I've called 10-20 times a day during business hours and I only get a busy signal. With all of my research it has become obvious that I was defrauded. Here is what my research showed. I called Teleflora and my confirmation number matches a different order and a differnt person's name no Teleflora order shows up under my name. Teleflora said someone else called about this same company the day before.
I started my fraud police reports by calling the Blaine, WA police because that was the address that showed on my credit card statement. They had also been contacted by another victim. I have filed with www.ic3.gov an FBI website for filing against internet crime and my local sheriff. I have also contacted my bank to try to get my money back. It has now been 6 days and they still have not contacted me and I still can't contact them.

Unfortunately I had already ordered other flowers so that my mom would actually receive something. I still want a refund at least to cover the replacement flowers I ordered. Plus I'm afraid they'll keep charging my card as I've read on this site that has happened with other victims of this company. I never heard back from them so I never expected her to receive the flowers. Now what do I do? I have to amend numerous police reports with different agencies and I don't know if them sending flowers 6 days late counts for anything with the police.
